Favorite Summertime Recipe ~ Chocolate Trifle

I am not sure that it is very summery, but it taste good and is very easy to make! You can make it sugar free, fat free or as fattening as you like.

1 Block of Fat Free Cream Cheese

3 Small Boxes of sugar free chocolate pudding

1 Large container of Fat Free Cool Whip

1 Box of Low Carb Browning Mix

Make your brownies per the directions on the box and let cool.

For the pudding fix according to the directions but add approximately 4-5 cups of milk instead of the 6 it will call for.

Mix the cream cheese seperately with mixer and add your pudding to it. Also, add about 1/2 the cool whip to the pudding mixture.

In a Trifle bowl you will layer all the ingredients starting with the brownies broken up and placed in the bottom. Then add you pudding mixture. Your next layer will be the cool whip. Repeat as necessary. I usually layer it at least 2 to 3 times.

Place in the refrigerator and let it set. Then Serve!

It is Yummy! Even the fat free sugar free version is Yummy!

It's Been A While

It's been a while since I was on here! I have been out of town and busy at my daytime job. We are splitting 1 huge company into 3 and it is driving me crazy!

I have not even had time to get into my workshop and create! The last thing I finished was the tourqouise necklace and some charm necklaces.

Another thing on my mind is the death of Michael Jackson yesterday! What a tragedy and I just hope it does not get worse!

Below are some websites you should visit. Both the Spruill Center and Atlanta Artworx offer metal smithing classes. The Spruill Center offers much more, painting, drawing, ceramics and right now a great summer camp for kids!

I went to Augusta last weekend with my Mom and had fun. A daughter of a good friend is a competative Irish Dancer and she obtained First Place and is now considered and Open Champion and is working now to qualify for the Worlds when the season concludes in 2010! Go Bon Bon!!!

I have also been trying to exercise more and this is taking up a lot of my time in the evenings. I hate working out! But I need to do something!

I hope someone finally reads my blog! I would be great to hear from anyone!

Anyone Out There?

Blog, Blog, Blog.... I have been dog sitting for the last 5 days. I love dogs but glad it is over. Have not had time to work on new jewelry. I hope to have several new items and I need to start a custom order.
Here is a picture of one of the items that I made for a client. It is a mother's day ring for 4 children and 2 grandchildren.. It was fabricated using sterling silver, 18K gold, emerald, opal, ruby, sapphire, blue and brown topaz. Silver blackner was used to bring out the stones.
Well off to start some new pieces of jewelry~
